# How do I create a Team?

## Got a group of mates you want to take on The Push‑Up Challenge with? Creating a Team is a great way to stay motivated, support each other, and have some fun along the way.

### If you haven’t signed up yet

When you’re registering:

1. Click **Sign up**
2. Select **Create Team or Community** during the registration process
3. Follow the prompts to set up your Team

Once you’re done, you’ll be ready to invite others to join you.

 

### If you’re already registered

If you’ve already signed up:

1. Head to your **dashboard**
2. Select **Create Team**
3. Follow the prompts to set up your Team

Once created, you’ll automatically become the **Team Captain** of your Team.

### Got a big crew?

We recommend a **maximum Team size of 10 people**.

If you’ve got more than that, consider creating a **Community**, which is a collection of Teams.

 

Communities are perfect for large workplaces, schools, gyms, and other big groups, making it easy to stay connected while keeping Teams manageable.
