# How do I grow my Team?

## Want to boost motivation and make the Challenge even more fun? Inviting others to join your Team is a great place to start.

### The easiest way to grow your Team

1. Log in and head to your **dashboard**
2. Select **My Team**, then click **Grow Team**
3. From here, you can: 
     - Share your Team page directly to your social media, or
     - Copy your Team link and send it to friends, family, or coworkers

Anyone who uses your link can join your Team in just a few clicks.

 

### Another option

You can also ask people to:

1. Register on **The Push‑Up Challenge website**
2. Use the **search bar** to find your Team by name
3. Click **Join us** on your Team page

 

##### Got a big crew?

We recommend amaximum Team size of 10 people.

If you’ve got more than that, creating a Community is the way to go.

 

A Community is a collection of Teams and is perfect for large workplaces, schools, gyms, and other big groups - keeping everyone connected while Teams stay manageable. See [What is a Community?
