# What is workplace dollar matching?

## By matching the funds raised by employees throughout the Challenge, your workplace can double the impact you have on mental health.

### What is workplace dollar matching?

Workplace dollar matching is a powerful way for organisations to support mental health and amplify the impact of their employees’ fundraising.

By matching the funds raised by staff during The Push‑Up Challenge, your workplace can double the impact of every dollar raised — supporting mental health charities and showing meaningful support for your people.

### How does workplace dollar matching work?

Many organisations, big and small, offer dollar matching programs, where they match employee donations to charities or fundraising events dollar for dollar.

For example:

- If your employees raise $500
- Your workplace matches $500
- Together, you’ve raised $1,000 for mental health
