# How much does it cost to take part?

## Do I need to pay to sign up?

No! $0. It's free to take part.

The Challenge is all about:

- Learning more about mental health
- Starting important conversations
- Getting active (yes, plenty of push‑ups — or alternatives!)

Fundraising is optional, but it’s a great way to make a difference, support mental health charities, and get your friends, family, or colleagues involved in the push for better mental health.

 

### Helpful to know

- You can take part fully without fundraising
- The app, resources, Teams and Communities are all free
- However you choose to participate, you’re helping raise awareness for mental health
