I can't log in - help!
Having issues logging in?
No problem, it happens to the best of us! Let’s get you back on track.
First things to check
Before anything else, make sure:
- Your email address is typed correctly, and
- You’re using the same email address you signed up with
A small typo can sometimes be the culprit.
Try resetting your password
If that doesn’t work, a password reset usually does the trick:
- Head to the login page
- Select Forgot password
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset email
- Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, just in case
Follow the link in the email to set a new password and try logging in again.
