# I can't log in to the app?

## Having issues logging in to the Push for Better app?

Oh no! Let's help get you onto the app so that you can get pushing!

1. Make sure you have [signed up](https://help.thepushupchallenge.com.au/knowledge/when-is-the-push-up-challenge-event?hsLang=en) via our website.
2. Make sure your email address and password are correct and the same as what you used when you signed up. Be careful of autofill defaulting to the wrong email or password!
3. Try resetting your password - there may have been a typo when you set up your account.
