I want to download tiles from the app

You might need to change the permissions to allow the app to download!

To change the permissions on your phone:

  • If you have an iPhone, go to settings first, then Push for Better , and 'allow access to photos'.

  • For android, go to settings, then Apps, then to Push for Better, Permissions, Files and media, and check 'Allow access to media'.

Or, often the simplest fix for this if you don't know where permissions are on your phone (they're different on each) is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You'll then get asked permission to download from the app, and you can grant it at that point. This should hopefully solve your issue.
