What is the daily push-up target?

How many push-ups do I need to do each day?

The push-up target changes each day - it relates to the daily Mental Health Fact.

The push-up targets vary, from as low as 50, up to 200 each day. Over the event, the daily targets will sum up to equal the total Challenge target.

But don't worry, we've schedule in some rest days for you, and you can always do alternative exercises to give those arms a break!

You can check out the daily target throughout the Challenge by heading to the 'Stats' tab of the Push for Better app!
