# What is the daily push-up target?

## How many push-ups do I need to do each day?

The push-up target changes each day - it relates to the daily [Mental Health Fact](https://help.thepushupchallenge.com.au/knowledge/what-are-the-mental-health-facts?hsLang=en).

The push-up targets vary, from as low as 50, up to 200 each day. Over the event, the daily targets will sum up to equal the total [Challenge target](https://help.thepushupchallenge.com.au/knowledge/what-is-the-target?hsLang=en).

But don't worry, we've scheduled in some rest days for you, and you can always do alternative exercises to give those arms a break!
