Why is the app showing a white screen or no data?
The Push for Better app is displaying a message that says 'no data', or a blank screen...
Hmmm, you're either in an area of poor internet or have an earlier version of the app. Give the following a go in this order:
- Get into an area with good internet (if you haven't already) and select 're-load'.
- Try logging off (there should be a button towards the bottom of the screen), then logging back in.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app from your app store. This will make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
