# Why is the app showing a white screen or no data?

## The Push for Better app is displaying a message that says 'no data', or a blank screen...

Hmmm, you're either in an area of poor internet or have an earlier version of the app. Give the following a go in this order:

1. Get into an area with good internet (if you haven't already) and select **'re-load'**.
2. Try logging off (there should be a button towards the bottom of the screen), then logging back in.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app from your app store. This will make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
4. If you don't have any luck, please [get in touch](https://help.thepushupchallenge.com.au/knowledge/need-more-help?hsLang=en) so we can help sort this out for you. When you do, please let us know what the issue your are having is and what you have tried to fix it - this will help us to figure out what is going on and how to solve the problem!
