You’re able to bank push‑ups for previous days during the Challenge, so you can catch up at a pace that works for you.
How to bank push‑ups for a previous day (in the app)
- Open the Push for Better app and go to the Push-Up tab
- Scroll right to the top of the screen
- You’ll see a row of small circles with numbers — each one represents a day of the event
- Tap the circle for the day you’d like to bank push‑ups for
- Enter your push‑ups
