Can I bank push-up for previous days?

Missed a day or two? No worries — you can still bank them.

You’re able to bank push‑ups for previous days during the Challenge, so you can catch up at a pace that works for you.
 
How to bank push‑ups for a previous day (in the app)
  1. Open the Push for Better app and go to the Push-Up tab
  2. Scroll right to the top of the screen
  3. You’ll see a row of small circles with numbers — each one represents a day of the event
  4. Tap the circle for the day you’d like to bank push‑ups for
  5. Enter your push‑ups
