Can I donate to another cause instead?
We love hearing about the many amazing services and organisations working in the mental health space and we appreciate how passionate our community is about supporting causes they care about.
For each event, The Push‑Up Challenge partners with a small number of official beneficiaries, so that we can maximise impact and ensure funds are distributed effectively.
What are my options?
If you’re happy to fundraise:
You can choose to raise funds for one of our official beneficiaries. You can also change your selected beneficiary or adjust your fundraising goal at any time by heading to your dashboard and selecting Edit my page.

If you’d rather not fundraise:
That’s completely okay. Fundraising is optional, and you’re welcome to take part in the Challenge without raising funds by turning fundraising off on your page.

Have a suggestion?
We’re always keen to hear about organisations doing great work in mental health.
If you’d like to suggest a charity or service, feel free to get in touch via the contact form on our website — we’d love to hear from you.
Either way…
We’re so glad to have you involved. Whether you fundraise, take part without fundraising, or support the cause in your own way, you’re helping push for better mental health — and that’s what matters most.
