How to request account removal
To remove your account:
- Simply contact us on our website
- Let us know that you’d like your account removed
- Our Participant Support team will take it from there
Once your request is processed, your account will be removed in line with our privacy obligations.
What happens if I don’t request removal?
If you don’t get in touch to request account removal, your account will automatically be removed from public viewing once the event wraps up.
If you choose to take part again in a future Push‑Up Challenge, your page will simply be reactivated when you register, so you can pick up where you left off.
Important to know about deleting your data
If you request full account and data deletion, your information will be anonymised.
This means that if you choose to participate again in a future event, your previous participation history will not be available, and you’ll be starting fresh with a new account.
For many participants, leaving their account inactive (rather than deleted) is the best option if they may want to return in the future.
Please note that we are required by regulation to retain certain records relating to donations for audit and compliance purposes. This means that donation transaction details may still be securely stored for the required period, even if your account is deleted.
