Is this event accessible for different abilities?
You bet!
In previous years we have had people of various ages (including people in their 90's!) and abilities take part.
We encourage mixing up your exercises to fit your abilities. This could mean completing push-up variations, like wall push-ups, or alternative exercises, like sit-ups, tricep dips, or other tailored exercises.
We also have badges that are awarded when 25%, 50% and 75% of the daily target are reached. If that sounds better for you, you could aim to reach one of these badged each day!
