Feeling behind on your push‑ups, or worried the target might be a bit much? No worries at all.
The Push‑Up Challenge is a challenge and we don’t expect everyone to complete every single push‑up. What matters most is taking part, learning more about mental health, raising awareness, and supporting each other along the way.
If you’re running a little behind, that’s okay. You can catch up by banking push‑ups on previous days whenever you’re ready.
The app will also remain open for a period after the event, so if you’d like to keep chipping away at your push‑ups once the Challenge ends, you’re welcome to do so.
And if push‑ups start to feel like too much, remember that alternative exercises are always an option. You can adjust the Challenge to suit your body, fitness level, and circumstances.
