What if I don't finish the push-ups?

Behind in push-ups or worried it's too much?

No worries! It is a Challenge and so we don't expect everyone to do all the push-ups. The event is much more about learning about mental health, raising awareness and supporting each other.

If you're running a bit behind on your push-ups, don't worry, you can always catch up and bank those push-ups on previous days!

The app will also stay open for a time after the event and you can complete the push-ups if you want to.

If the push-ups are getting a bit too much for you, why don't you check out doing some alternative exercises?
