Who does The Push-Up Challenge raise funds for?

Who can I support with my Challenge?

Fundraising is an optional part of The Push-Up Challenge, but a great opportunity to make a difference to mental health across our global and local communities.

We proudly support our beneficiaries, so that together we can make a positive impact on mental health.

We are extremely grateful to all of our participants and donors who are supporting the cause through The Push-Up Challenge.

Australia

The Push-Up Challenge Australia proudly supports:

  • The Push For Better Foundation - Our foundation proudly runs The Push-Up Challenge events. We believe education is one of the most important tools for breaking down the stigma and fostering open conversations about mental health.
  • Lifeline - A support service that ensures that no person in Australia must face their toughest moments alone. Lifeline support is available 24 hours a day to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
  • Headspace: - Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year-olds. It helps thousands of young people to access vital support in communities all across Australia.
